"Following a brief break in the action to attend the 2008 Teen Choice Awards last Sunday, Vanessa Hudgens picked right back up where she’d left off on her US summer tour.
Over the past week, Vanessa has performed shows in Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan, with another gig scheduled at the New York County Fair later this evening.
For tonight’s action, the High School Musical hottie takes the Buffalo.com stage at 7:30pm, reportedly joined by special guest Rooney. Once finished up, it’s off to West Virginia for another dose of “Sneakernight” live!

Demi Has Arrived!!
Continuing her trek around the country with the Jonas Brothers, Disney up-and-comer Demi Lovato was spotted outside of her New York City hotel late Thursday night (August 7).
The soon-to-be 16-year-old Dallas native posed with a few fans and signed autographs before heading into her temporary digs and getting some much needed rest.
Prior to arriving at the hotel, Demi attended a meet and greet at the Mansfield Crossing Verizon Wireless store - with over 2,000 fans showing up to sneak a peek at the young star.
According to press on-hand, “Lovato, who wore a black hat reminiscent of ‘80s
teen queen Debbie Gibson, signed autographs for a few hours before heading out to warm-up at the Comcast Center, where she opened for the Jonas Brothers.”

According to bestbuy.com Demi's album is called Don't Forget and it will be in stores on September 23rd, 2008! Also, if you listen to the Radio Disney interview she did on Monday, Demi mentions that her album is coming out in September instead of November! This is such exciting news! bestbuy.com is listing Demi's album for $17.99 The album cover and tracklisting are not up yet, however, you can pre-order the cd today!

Ashley & Jared: HOW CUTE!
"Always the cute couple, Ashley Tisdale and Jared Murillo headed over to the local mall to do a little shopping on Thursday (August 7).
The High School Musical co-stars loving held hands as they browsed through the shops, with Ashley purchasing a few items at the Hallmark shop.
Meanwhile, Disney couple is also gearing up for what’s sure to be a spectacular run of premiere events and promotions prior to the October 24th release of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”.
The film picks up with “Troy and Gabriella struggling with the idea of being separated from one another as college approaches. Along with the rest of the Wildcats, they stage a spring musical to address their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.”

"Seventeen posted behind the scenes pics of Miley Cyrus' AMAZING cover shoot! On her guy friends: 'I totally believe in guys and girls being friends. Mandy's [Jiroux] my only real girlfriend, besides Ashley [Nino] and other girls I work with. There's been so many hard things that have happened, so I've kinda lost my girlfriends.'
Staying drug-free: 'My mom's never had a drink in her life because she doesn't like that kind of stuff at all. My dad grew up with an alcoholic mother, and I saw how that really hurt him, so I would never want to put myself in a position where I could hurt someone from the use of alcohol or drugs or whatever, so I'm not really into that kind of thing."
Make-up must have: 'I have lots of different favorite beauty products. The thing for me that I always have to have is blush, because I think that just makes you glow. So, no matter what, I always throw that on. My favorite one is by Benefit, because they look really light, young, and pretty.'
Writing music: 'I write from life experiences, everything from guys to books I read that are inspiring to me. Someone will say something and I'll think, That'll be a great song title. I just take a little bit of everything.'
Relaxation time: 'When I have free time, I like to hang out with my friends and go to the Coffee Bean and talk. Since I entertain all day.. it's my job.. I don't ever want to feel like I'm doing that. Just to sit and relax is nice.'
Curfew: 'It's not like my mom's some hard-core drill sergeant. My parents basically just let me kind of do my thing, and my dad's like, 'You can hang out until whatever with the people you want," but it's like, I can't break their trust. I need to do things that they would want me to do, because otherwise it becomes a problem and you start breaking trust. And then I think you've lost everything if you've lost trust with somebody.'
Fans: 'The reason I do my show is because I want to make people laugh, I want to make them smile. I don't want to be criticized. That's not ever what I want. People try to say that I'm catty, but I really love people and that's why I do what I do. I genuinely love my fans, I genuinely love the people that I work for, and I really want the best for them.'"
