Miley Cyrus’s new CD Breakout has debuted at #1 on the Billboard album charts, beating out other debuts by Sugarland and Nine Inch Nails. Acne Breakout scanned 371, 000 copies in its first week, almost 60, 000 more than Sugarland’s Love On The Inside, which settled for #2 position.
